About you:

• Industry experience is non-negotiable. 
• You’ve worked in mowing/gardening/landscaping before. 
• You’ve got a good attitude, strong work ethic, and you want to grow with a business that’s going places.

The job:

➜ Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm (30 min lunch).
➜ Immediate start (happy to wait out your notice if you’re the right fit). 
➜ Core work: whipper snipping, push mowing, zero-turn mowing, hedging, pruning, clean-ups. 
➜ Extras: pressure washing, basic ferts, weed spraying. 
➜ Occasional longer days in peak season. 
➜ Chance to work solo and step into a team-lead role down the track. 
➜ Mostly residential clients, with more commercial work coming.

What you get:

➜ From $35/hr casual, with increases for skill/experience. 
➜ Guaranteed 5 hours pay if called in on rain days (we do training/maintenance).

What you need:

• Fit, outdoors-capable, and ready to work hard. 
• Minimum 1 year industry experience. 
• Solid whipper snipping, mowing, hedging skills (I can train the rest). 
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges. 
• Able to get to Bulimba or Norman Park each morning (possible pickup depending on location). 
• Auto licence; trailer experience is a big plus. 
• Must have full working rights (long-term role in a growing business).
